Dave Munsell, Talent Partner II, Liberty Mutual Insurance
Dave was born and raised on Cape Cod. He studied Political Science at Syracuse University and then joined the Peace Corps for over 2 years. Dave has spent the last 15 years at Liberty Mutual Insurance both leading and experiencing change. His experiences range from HR Consulting to Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Technology and beyond.

Dave prides himself in building deep connections with his partners, taking a collaborative approach and finding new ways to prioritize work, enhance collaboration and drive clarity through effective change management.

Jackie Driscoll, PHR, SHRM-CP
Jackie has over 15 years’ experience in HR focused positions in multiple industries and holds a master's degree in Organizational Management. She joined CCHRA board in 2022 and currently serves in the position of Secretary.

Jackie is also an active volunteer for National Marine Life Center and currently serves as Vice Chair of the board of Trustees and as HR Advisor.

Jackie has a lifelong history with the Cape and can often be found kayaking along the Bass River or the other gorgeous Cape waterways.
