Join us for an informative discussion on difficult conversations where we will review the importance of setting expectations with employees, how to have difficult conversations, how to manage conflict resolution, the legal implications of documenting these events, and what to do in the event you need to manage performance.

Bio: Wendy Hansen has worked with Foley & Foley as a lead attorney with the firm’s on-call triage service, which services over 1,700 clients all over the country. She has experience in handling a variety of questions and claims in employment law from FMLA, ADA, and other state leaves to the FLSA, medical marijuana, and harassment. She is also the lead for the firm’s Education and Training Practice and has hosted and conducted over 100 webinars to clients all over the country as well. Wendy has experience both as a Human Resources Manager and as a litigator at an insurance defense law firm in Boston.

All current $75.00 member and $150.00 members will fall under the categories listed below - until your membership expires at that time 
you will need to choose which membership you would like to be in.

$250.00 Annually - HR Leaders Membership - $0.00 meeting fee - (includes former $150.00 members until your membership expires - you will then choose a new membership category).
$600.00 Annually - Leadership Table Membership - $0.00 meeting fee - (For companies that maintain 3 memberships - will save you $150.00 annually by purchasing a group membership).
Guests/Non-Members - $35.00 meeting fee.
