In addition to complying with federal, state, and local laws that govern the employer/employee relationship, employers should manage the employment relationship ethically. As a baseline, HR professionals must be aware of legal and compliance issues that impact their workforce. Approaching the relationship with consideration and application of ethical principles will help employers maintain a stronger workplace. 

This session will help HR professionals identify and navigate potential ethical issues, comply with legal requirements, and maintain a workplace that is ethical and consistent.
