Meet our Panelists:

Kerri Lyford, Options Counselor, has worked for Elder Services of Cod for 9 years.  In addition to her role as Options Counselor, Kerri has previously served for 2 years as the Program Manager for the Senior Community Employment Program and the Senior Planet Program. She has a wealth of information to share on hiring retirees.

Denise Magnett, Staff Assistant for the Senior Community Employment Program.  Denise has been with the SCSEP Program for the past 4 years in various capacities.   She also teaches courses and assists with running the Senior Planet Program.

Jooyi Ryan, Employment Coordinator, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Jooyi works with veterans across Massachusetts to prepare them to attain employment after completing their training and education. She served 21 years in the Coast Guard and is a certified Veteran Mediator.

Leah Vincent, Director of Employment and the Community Based Day Supports (CBDS) program at LIFE, Inc.  Leah has worked with LIFE, Inc. for 11 years in a variety of roles.  She currently oversees multiple campuses for LIFE, Inc. including locations in Hyannis, Mashpee, and Plymouth. Leah is passionate about connecting individuals looking for independent working situations to employers in the community.
