Our History
Founded in 1984, the Cape Cod Human Resources Association (CCHRA) began as a grassroots initiative by local HR professionals seeking connection, collaboration, and shared learning. Today, CCHRA represents over 100 organizations across Cape Cod, spanning industries such as healthcare, education, finance, manufacturing, retail, human services, and professional services. United by a commitment to advancing the HR profession, our members actively engage in shaping better workplaces and stronger communities.
